Bananas and Sunflower seed butter + moringa powder, flaxseeed, chiaseed
We are all constantly on the look out for easier, faster, simpler meals to eat ,especially when we are rushing to get out the door in the morning. This meal meets all three of those desires and adds a boost of nourishment.
- Sprinkle of moringa, flaxseed and chia seed
- 1 organic banana
- 1-2 tbsp. sunflower seed butter (or other preferred nut/seed butter)
Simply peel a banana (also delicious with apples), slice it up, sprinkle the superfoods, and drizzle the seed butter on top. Ready in minutes. Enjoy!
